What the board does
Every REMAX Outdoors application is reviewed by the founding members. Transactions, accreditations, stewardship and references are verified before a mark is issued.
The group authors the due-diligence, disclosure and marketing standards each member agrees to uphold across all six specialties.
Timber cruising, mineral title, water rights, habitat management and 1031 strategy — taught by the practitioners who close it.
Provisional members are paired with a founding member mentor and a specialty cohort for their first four land transactions.
